Sesame Place

Sesame Place

We did a 2-day pass in Sesame Place.  If you ever go, I highly recommend staying at Springhill Suites (right by the park).

Benefits of staying at the hotel:
  • Did not have to pay for parking
  • Got a 2-day discounted daily pass
  • A shorter VIP line for entering the park
  • Got a  one time use skip the line pass for each guest in our party
  • Coupon for the souvenir shop and food at the park

*You must collect the vouchers for the in-park benefits by going to the welcome desk upon entrance into the park.

Isaac is three and a half and was the perfect age for Sesame Place.  Zara is 14 months and not yet walking so she was not able to go on most of the rides.

Zara sleeping on the only ride she could go on (the carousel).

Other tips:

1. The parade is at 3 pm & 7 pm.  Make sure you go to one of the them.  It's the sweetest.

2. Do the character lunch!  It's a little bit of extra money but the characters come to each table individually and the food in the park is expensive anyway so it's really not that much more.

3. Wear water clothes into the park and bring a change of clothes if you'll be there all day.  The park is small so you'll probably be back and forth.  I would definitely invest in water shoes for the whole family next time!

Two days was the perfect amount of time for our family. Will definitely be back!
